Elder Assessment and Referral Services (EARS) provides care managers that specialize in assisting older adults who have acute or long term care needs. Our experienced staff work with adult children and their loved ones to tailor a care plan to meet individual needs.
EARS care managers review the care plans and resource options with clients and their families. We are also available to assist with follow-up questions and assistance as needed.

Elizabeth StoneBeth Stone is married and has two children. She has lived in Tacoma for 30 years, working with vulnerable women, children and chronically mentally ill adults and older adults. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Puget Sound, and is a Certified Geriatric Mental Health Specialist, Geriatric Care Manager & Washington State Certified Professional Guardian. Her experience includes over 20 years providing mental health services and coordinating community resources for older adults and families. |

Debbie SeelyeDebbie Seelye is a Professional Geriatric Care Manager and a Certified Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. She has worked in public behavioral healthcare for nearly 20 years. Debbie has facilitated caregiver suppport groups, taught dementia and mental health specialty classes. She is a long-time member of Health Care Providers of Pierce County. |
