Resources are often difficult to find and challenging to access. Helping your loved ones make the “right decision” may seem overwhelming.

That’s where we come in.

Elder Assessment and Referral Services (EARS) assists the adult children and family members of elderly adults to find the care and resources they need.

Our clients are able to maintain quality of life as they age, and we help ensure their mental, social, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

We are passionate about providing service to older adults and their families, and are committed to working with our clients and their families to remove barriers to quality services.
